These Terms apply to the Open Cabin Club waitlist at opencabinclub.com, operated by Open Cabin Club (run by Jeremy Ballew, Greenville, South Carolina, USA). By joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.
Open Cabin Club is a pre-launch waitlist for an upcoming 18+ community for couples who cruise. Joining is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. We do not promise that the community will launch, that any feature will be offered, or that you will be matched with any sailing or member.
You must be at least 18 years old. By joining, you confirm that you are.
Members must be respectful and keep all interactions consensual. Harassment of any kind is not allowed, and no explicit content is permitted. We may remove anyone from the waitlist or community at our discretion, including for breaking these rules.
Open Cabin Club is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any cruise line. Cruise line and ship names are used only to describe sailings. You are responsible for following all cruise line policies.
The site and waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Cabin Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or waitlist.
We may update these Terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and applicable United States law.
